21: RNsre Aira~cd. Upo~ request by Borrower, Le~r. at Lende~'s option within twenty yeus from the date of this
Monaage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon, sha11 ~be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory nota stating that said notes are socured hercby. At no time shall the principal .
