COMES NOW the Plaint3ff, DONALD ROBERTS, by and through his ~
undersigned attorney and moves the Court to issue an Order to the
Sheriff's Department of St. Lucie Countq to release a certain 22

Derringer, Ser~ial No. 35262, Aowels Fire Arms, which was delfvered
to the Sheriff's Department on November 30, 197) and was the wea-
pon with Which the Plaintiff Was in~ured.. There has been no crimin-
al charges filed in the case and there are no criminal charges an-
;
ticipated in the case and Sargent Hollinger of the Sheriff's
Department says that he needs an Qrder of the Court to have the
;
gun returned to its rightful owner, NA ROBE _
