Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory notes stating that said notes are sccured hereby. At no time shalt the principal
amouot of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aceordance herewith to protect the ~

22. Relere. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall rekase this Mortgag~ wit6out charg~
