THIS CAUSE came on for trial the~~_l~day of May, 1978,
and the.Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~
the~parties and sub~ect mattier of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ~
~
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and €
i
should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RICKY `

CHAMBE?tS and FRANCES IRENE CHAMBERS be and the same is hereby R
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between. J
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of.KATHRYN I, CHAMBERS and
CHARLOTTE D. CHA?~IBERS, minor children of the parties~ is hereby
awarded to FRANCES IRENE CHAMBERS with reasonable visitation

rights reserved to RICKY CHAMBERS.
3. RESTRAI:VING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with,-harassing or

annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the }
