THIS•WARRANTY DEED made the 17th day of May, 1978 by
PHILIP PEARL and BLANCHE V. PEARL, his wife; and GARY L. PEARL
and BARBARA G. PEARL, his wife, individually and as all of the
last members of the Board of Directors, and thus as all of the 9/
Trustees, of PEARL CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a dissolved Florida
corporation, hereinafter called the grantor, to JAMES E.
HATFIELD, a single adult, whose postoffice address is P. O.
Box 1506, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter called the grantee:

all the parties to this instrument, the heirs, lega], representa-
tives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns

of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
