RBSS, husband. : ~ DISSOLtTTIUN OF MARRIAGB. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This cause came oa for trial the 18tti of Maq, 1978 and the Court having giyen full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determinea: This Court has jurlsdiction of the parties and the sub~ect matter of this euit: that the relation of husband and wife now exists betwEea the partiea: and Lhat the marr- iage between the partiea is irretrievably broken and ahould be disaolved. It is thereupon ORDffitBD AND ADJUDGBD as followa: 1. DISSOLUTION OF 1~ARRIAGB: 1he marriage between BBRI~IA M. HBSS and R4NALD W. HBSS be and the same is hereby diasolved, and the partiea and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonde of matrimonq heretofore euisting between them and from the obligations ariaing therefrom. Z. CUS'11pDy: (~etody of MARSHA HB$S and SUB HBSS, minor childreri of the parties, is hereby awarded to BBRTHA M. HBSS with reaaonable vf.sitation rights reserved to RpNALD ~1. HBSS. . 3. SUPPORT: Co~encing the 19th day of May, 1978, iZp f~l. HESS shall v~ paq to BBRTHA M. HBSS the aum of $ Uv = each and every , for the aupport of the children named above. Sach paywent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to BERTHA M..HESS. In addition there is hereby aasesaed the sum of $2.00 as atatutory coats to be added to each paqm~ent made to the Clerk. AlI paqments sha11 be made in cesh, moneq order or cashier's check.
