rcceiver appanted by a oourt to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the

Mortgage whe~ evideaad by promissory notes stating that said notes are securai hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indeModt~ess secured by this Mongage. not including sums advanced in aooordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, eacoad the original amount of the Note plus USS.
