Narl R. Avery and Patricia C. Wilder, being first duly sworn, depose
and say that on the 19th day of May, 1978,~appeared before them ROSA
MAE CURRY,-being the wife of FRED CURRY, that in the.presence of the
Affiants that certain Mortgage Deed and Note. to which this Affidavit~
~s attached, was read over to the said ROSA MAE CURRY, and fully
explained to her; that she stated:that she understood the nature of
the said Martgage Deed and Note and the terms thereof, and that she
desired toexecute the same, but was unable to,read, and the said ROSA
MAE CURRY was unable to write her name thereupon, and Che said ROSA MAE
CURRY made her "X" on said Mortgage Deed and Note for the purposes of
executing the Mortgage Deed and Note.
Further Affiants sayeth not.
