"Borrowe~s"~ for and in consideration of the swn of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable conside~ations unto them i~ hand paid, the receipt

2. The Borrowers agree that they will not, without first procuring the ;
consent iri writing of the said Association hereafter c~eate or permit any lien
or other encumbrance to exist on their property, real or personal, now owned or
hereafter acquired by them including, but riot timited to, the property hereinafter ~
described. :
3. The Borrowers agree that ttiey sha11 not•have the privilege, nor will they ~
seli, transfer, assign, hypothecate, or in any manner whatever, dispose of the
property, or ar~y interest therein~ owned by them, including specifically, but not
limited to, the following ~eal estate situate, to-wit: (Description of Property) ~

4. If the Borrowers shall default i,n any of the covenants, promises, and ~
~ agreements herein contained to be made, done, and performed by them, or if they
shall attempt to transfe~, sell, hypothecate, dispose of or encumber any of the
; property of the Borrowers without first procurtng the consent in writing of the
` Association therefor, then in either or any of such events, the Association may,
i . in additio~ to any and all other rights which the Association may have,_ declare '
the entire ~emaining unpaid principal and interest of any such obligations or ;
~ indebtednesses then remaining unpaid to the Association, due and payable forth-
i with and shalt, as s+~urity for payment thereof, have a lien on all of the property
~ of the Borrowers, both real and personal, including, but not limited to, the ~
' real estate hereinabove described, which lien may be enforced by foreclosure in
. the same~~oanner as a mortgage may be enforced for default.
