The Borrowers agree that they will not, without first procuring the ; consent iri writing of the said Association hereafter c~eate or permit any lien or other encumbrance to exist on their property, real or personal, now owned or hereafter acquired by them including, but riot timited to, the property hereinafter ~ described. : 3. The Borrowers agree that ttiey sha11 not•have the privilege, nor will they ~ seli, transfer, assign, hypothecate, or in any manner whatever, dispose of the property, or ar~y interest therein~ owned by them, including specifically, but not limited to, the following ~eal estate situate, to-wit: (Description of Property) ~ ~ r - Tract A of WESTGLEN SUBDIVISION, actording to the piat thereof ~ on file as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 51, of the public k records of St. Lucie County, Flarida.
