. Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
FRANCES M. ANDERSON, beinq duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledqe of all facts herein
and resides at 210 Gardenia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
~ 2. That she was formerly married to Richard Dunleavy,
deceased. . ~
~ 3. That the following issue were born from.her marriage
to the said Richard Dunleavy, viz: Julian J. Dunleavy,.
a minor, Suzanne Dunleavy a/k /a Susan Dunleavy, Lucille Dunleavy
and Richard P. Dunleavy, all sui juris.
4. That the said Julian-J. Dunleavy resides with Affiant.
5. That she has this date as natura~ guardian of the -
- said Julian J. Dunleavy and pursuant to Section 744.301(2)
Florida Statutes executed and delivered_ to George R. Ashley
a Warranty ~eed to the above-described Iands in St. Lucie -
County, Florida. ~
6. That said property.was s~ld for a total sum of
532,000.00 upon the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in that certain deposit receipt and contract for
- ~ -Z.
sale and purchase dated March 15, ].978, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
7. That the said Julian J. Dunleavy previously had

ari undivided one-eighth interest in and to said lands and
that the value of his interest as aforesaid is less than
$5,000.00
8. That at the closing of the aforesaid sale to George ~
R. Ashley, the sum of $15,726.13 was paid to First Federal
