appeared LEI~A INOLA JONES who upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
~ .1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
ALMA JONES, who departed this life on November 2. 1977 .
2. ~hat she and the said Alma Jones were the grantees

in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by
Edwards-McManus, Inc. to Alma Jones and Lela Inola Jones, his
wife, dated April 21, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book 251, page
2190, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein ~
the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
she was married to the said Alma Jones and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption until the_death
of the said Alma Jones.
