DISSOLIJTI~ON OF MARRIAGS
This cause came on for trial the %da of 97 -

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
- and'subje~t matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between -
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DIS30LUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROCHELLE
I~ANDX and RON LANDY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever fieed from the bonds
o~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and fr.oan the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROSS HEWITT LANDY and RHONDA HARLIE
LANDY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife,
ItOCHELLE LANDY with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
husband, RON LANDY. ~
3. SUPPORT. Coimnencing the day of , 1978,

RON LANDY, shall pay to ROCHELLE LANDY the s of $75.00 each and
every week, for the support of the children named above.
