ORDER ALLOWING WITHDRAWAI; OF COUNSEL
This cause having come to be heard on the 31st day of
May, 1978, on the Motion of the Law Offices of McDONALD, RENNEY &
RUSSAKIS, Professional Association, for the Order authorizing said
Law Office to withdraw as counsel for the Husband, ALBERT J. DUNMAN,
in this matter and it appearinq to the Court that said Law Office
has made due and diligent efforts to locate the Husband, but has _
not heard from the Husband for approximately one month and cannot
therefore adequately represent him in this matter, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the Law Offices of McDONALD,
KENNEY & RUSSARIS, Professional Association, is hereby allowed to
withdraw as counsel for the Husband in this matter effective prior ~
to the Final Hearing to be heard in this matter and ssid Law Officea
shall make diliqent effort to notify the Husband of its withdrawal,
which effort shall include mailing a copy of this Order by
i certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Husband's last
