F~NAL JUDGNIENT UF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to be heard before this Court upon the '
Wife's Petition for Dissolution of ~iarriage and the Court havinq
heard the testimony, finds as follows:
(1) That the Petitioner, MARGIIERITE F. ROSS, has been a -
resident of-the State.of Florida for more than six months prior
to the filing of the Petition.
(2) That jurisdiction has been property obtained over the
~ husband through personal service of process. ~
~3j That the marriage is irretrievably broken.and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon ;

- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

(a) DISSOLUTION OF I?1ARRIAGE: The marriage between GILES D.
ROSS and MARGUERITE F. ROSS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds o

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from.the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
(bj CUSTODY: Custody of the four minox children, ERIC
ROSS, age 16, KEVIN ROSS, age 13, ANDETH ROSS, age 12 and SHI~NTI
ROSS, age 6, is hereby awarded to~the Husband, GILES D. ROSS with

reasonable visitation rights reserved to the wife, riARGUERITE F. ~

ROSS, as more specifically set out in the Property Settlement, ~
~
Child Custody and Visitation Agreement which is attached and
,
incorporated herein.
(c) PROPERTY: The property settleanent ~aqreement admitted
( into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by~reference and the
~ parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

(d) The Wife shali be allowed to remove he~ ~e~sonal e~~ects ~
f rom the ma ri ta 1 home ~~K 2~8 ~
