Tr7HEREAS, GILES D_ ROSS and ?~ARGUERITE F. ROSS were married
on October 22, 1950 and have remained legally married at a1.I tim
thereafter and whereas, four children were born of said marriaqe
to-wit: Eric Ross born I~lay 17, 1961, Revin Ross born Octo?aer 24
: 1964, Andeth Ross born Jaunuary 13; I966 and Shanti Ross bora l~'.ay
~ ~ ~31, 1970, and whereas certain disputes have arisen between t~ae
parties and they have separated from each other~and wnereas the
~ parties have reached a certain agreement concez~z~t$~g property
settlement, child custody and child visitation, whereas it.i"s
STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned parti s
and their respective counsels as follo~rs:
(1) That this-agreement is entered into so2ely for the
purpose of adjusting the custody and visitation rights as to the
minor children and the property rights as to the parties and~is
entered into for the purpose of obtaininq a dissolution of marri~
Hoc~ever, in the event - that a f inal judgment of dissolutioa _ of
~ riage is entered, it is agreed that this property settlement, ch
custody and visitation agreement shall becone a part of any fina
juclgment of dissolution of marriage_ ~
(2) The husband, GILES D. ROSS, shall have permanent
custody and control of said minor childr~n and the wife, 1?',ARGIIER
- F. ROSS, shall have the xight to see and visit said ~inor chil
as fol~ows: '
Weekly visitation of the- t~~c; minor dai:c~'tters, A2:DE^Ff R~SS
and SHAtJ~I FASS, to be on Saturdays froca 4~ 00 P. r~_ until 10:00
- P. Z.. an~ ~~eekl~~ vis~ta~ion rights with the tcso minor sons, ERI
RJSS and KEVItJ xOSS, ta be on I•!ondays after school u.^~i.l I.Q=00 P_ .
