M. when school is not in session. ` IT IS expressly agreed between the parties that the above ~ i ~ visitation rights consititues the minimum visitation that shall ~ 1 be allowed to the Wief, MARGUERITE F. ROSS, and it.is also ~ agreed that further reasonable visitation rights as to the child- ren shall not be withheld by.the husband, and it is FORTHER AGREED that the times and days of said visitation ~ . . i, riqhts are predicated upon the wife's present employment circum- stances and that should her employment circumstances change, both parties will, in good faith, attempt to work out an adjusted ` . ~ schedule of visitation. , (3) The Wife further agrees that she wili~Quit~Claim all of her present interest in the marital residence located at 2109 I South 29th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, to her husband, GILES D. ' ROSS. - ~ (4). The husband, GILES D. ROSS, aqrees that he will not attempt ta influence the wife in any way by exertinq pressure through the children and also agrees that he will make all pos-~ sible efforts to preserve a.harmonious relationship between the wife and said children. ' (5) The husband, GILES D. ROSS, ih consideration for the wife's relinquishment of her claim and interest_in the marital - home, agrees that he will maintain.his and the children`s place of residence in St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee or Martin County, Florida, until the'youngest child reaches the age of ' eighteen years.
