THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the Office of State Attorney,
19th Judicial Circuit of Florida, on the 25th day of April, 1978,~and the Respandent
having been present in Caurt, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERID Aim AD~UDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the
benefit of BRADLEY SIEP~~N DEAN, born May 10, 1972, minor child of the parties,
the stun of 532.00 per week, plus an additional $2:00 for payment of Clerk's fee
for receivin,g.and disbursi~?g support payments: These payments are to begin on the
2nd day of June, 1978; and t}~ereaftar on Friday of each and every week; that said
payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Coiutty, Florida, P. 0. BoX'700, Fort Pierce,

Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Jack L. Graham,

Clerk, Cobb Superior Court, Cobb Judicial Building, Marietta, Georgia 30060.

to telephone BRADLEY ST~N DEAN on the first S~mday evening of each month and shall
be allow~ed to converse with the minor child for a period of time not to exceed thirty.
(30) minutes duration. Respondent is instructed to_place said uanthly telephane call
as near the hour of 7:30 P. M. as conditians perniit, and it sha21 be the resp~nsibility
of Petitioaner to have the child available to receive said telephone call. Failure
of Petitioner to permit telephone visitation with the minor child as outlined herein, -

upon Respondent's caapliance with the-ternis of this Order, may result in child
support payments being teiminated. . '
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of
enforcing this Order and entering_such further Orders as may be deemed equitable.
