I~ MII~NIIB ZURN, presently residing in Gainesville, Alachua County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, in manner following:

Y hereby expressly cancel, annul and revoke all wills arid codicils

I authorize the payment of ~y just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after ary death as.practicable.

All of the rest and residue of my.property and estate, of whatsoever
kind and character, and wheresoever situated, I give, devise, and bequeath
to cny husband, i~i~ H. 'ZURN, in fee sira~ple absolute, Should my husband, H.
2URN, not survive me, or should his death occur simu2taneously with my awn,
or should his death and mine occur under such circumstances that there is no
sufficient evidence that he and I have died othexwise than simultaneously,
then, and in either bf those events, all of the rest and residue of my pro-
perty acd estate., of whatsoever kind and character, and wheresoever situated,
I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, MII.DRED Z, STEC,KERT, in fee simple
absolute.

The proceeds of any insurance policy or policies on my life payable ~
to my estate or to my personaZ representative, shall go to and be considered
as a part of my residuary estate given, devised and bequeathed in the pre-
ceding paragraph of this my Nill, and shall be considered a part thereof, and
of my residuary estate, and may be used by my personal xepresentative in the
payment of debts, claims, taxes, administration costs.and expenses and other
liabilities of my estate as may other assets of ury estate, and a11 such pro- .
ceeds of any such policies I expressly so give, devise and bequeath,

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, W;- H•.~ ZURN, as
the sole executor of this ury Will, and I direct that he, as such executor,
shall be exempt and excused from giving any bonds or making any return to
any court, or filing in any court any inventory of my estate. I expressly ~
