known in any savings arid loan, or bui2ding and loan, associations of any kind
belonging to the estate, and to name and execute proxies in connectioa there-
with, and to retain.in the estate such propertiea and securities as he may re- ~ .
ceive or convert all or any part of the same into other properties and securities, ~
and to invest and reinvest the assets and securities thereof or the proceeda of
any sale of any of such assets and securities without being limited in any way
~ by any statutory restrictiona now or hereafter effective concerning the invest-
ment or reinvestment of trust funds, all in his sole'and absolute judgment and
~discretion, upon such~terms and conditions and for such amount or amounts as he
may desire, with or without notice, and with or without court order, as he may
desire. He is expressly suthorized and empowered, as such executor, to make, -
execute and deliver any and all deeds, conveyances, or other instr~eents in
Writing, and to do and perform such other acts required or by him deemed neces- ~
sary or advisable to carry out the spirit and inteat of the provisions hereof.
~ In the event my husband, H. ZURN, dies before me or should he be
incapable of acting or refuse or fail to qualify~as'my executor, or, having
qualified or acted as my ~xecutor, be unable, because of death or other reason,
to complete the administration of my estate, Y hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint my daughter, MILDRED Z. STBCKERT, as the executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament. It is my will, and I so direct, that my daughter, MILDRED Z.
STECKERT, should she act as executrix hereunder, also shall be exempt from the
requirement~o€ giving bond or any other.security for_the faithful performance
of her duties and from making any return to any court and fi2ing fn any court .

- IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal on each page
and at the end of this my Will at Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida,~on this

attesting xitnesses hereon, said Will consisting of two (2) typewritten pages,
