FTNAL JUAGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on~the 31st day of May, 1978,
and the Co~rt, having given full consideration to all of the evi-
dence, finds and determines:. this Court has ~urisdiction of the ~
parties and the subject matter of this action; that the relation--
ship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and
Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is _
thereupon, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as~follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- ;
tioner, MARJORIE A. DUNMAN, and the Respondent , ALBERT J: DUrNMAN,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties~and each of
them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CHILD CUSTODY. The Petitioner wife, MARJORIE A. DUNMAN,
shall have the permanent care,~custod~ and~control of the minor .
children born as issue of this marriage subject to reasonable
visitation rfghts of the husband.
3. RESTRAINT. Neither of the parties shall m~lest or annoy ~
the other party or compel or endeawr to compel the other to co- ~
habit or dwell ;Ji.th him or her by any legal or other proceeding '
for the restoration of conjugal rights or otherwise~.

4~. Li7MP SUM ALIMONY. The Petitioner wife, MARJORIE~ A. - DUNMAN,
is awarded the furniture, furnishings and fixtures in the rental
