shall reaffirm that obligation so that the furniture in the marital
home sha~ll not be removed from the marital home to the detriment of
the wife and the minor children of this marriage. The reaffirmation. ~
of the secured obligations shall be classified as luIDp sum alimony
from the husband to the wi£e. ~
7. ATTORNEY'S FEE. That the husband,_ALBERT J. DUNMAN, shall
pay to RICHARD D. SNEED~ JR., P.A., a~ttorneys for wife, a reasonable
attornep's fee in the amount of~Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00)
plus costs in the amount of 3y. ,s~ ~
8. JURTSDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained_for the entry of such further orders as may be .

9. FUTURE JURISDICTION MAY BE INVC)KED by mailing a copy of any
future pleading t+~ the last known address of either of the parties.
In the event jurisdiction is invoked in this matter, this pleading
shall be mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressee
only, to said party, and shall allow forty (40) days from.the mailing
date thereof in which to file a responsive pleading.
