ORDER
This cause came on to be heard~on May 26, 1978 on the Wife's
Motion for Order of Contempt and the parties and their counsel of
record having agreed that the arrearage in child support payments was
$300 and that the same would be paid by the Husband on May 30, 1976
to the office of counsel of record for the Wife, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises.
It is thereupon ORDERED AAID ADJUDGED that the Motion for
Contempt be and the same ~s hereby denied upon the payment by the
Husband of the $300 in child suppor~ arrearage to counsel of record
for the Wife. .
