This cause came on~ to be heard on May 26, 1976 on the Wife's ~

Notice of Hearing for the temporary relief set out in the Petition `
filed herein seeking temporary alimony, custody of the minor children,
i
support money for the minor children, exclusive use and possession of ~
the marital c3welling and exclusive use and possession of the Monte
Carlo automobile and the Court having heard testimony on behalf of ~
the respective parties and argument of counsel, and being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon -

ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. That the Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession `

' of.the marital dwelling located at 3488 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, ~
~ ~

' Florida together with the furniture and furnishings now located therein..
~ ~
~ The Husband shall,be responsible for and pay the monthly mortgage ~
installment payment on the marital dwelling and the telephone and ~
~ . ~
utility bills when the same become due and before they become delinquent. ~
2. That custody of the two minor children born as issue of the
~
marriage, namely CI~?RLES HAI~:R and CHRZSTOPHER EAI~R, is granted to the
Wife and the-Husband is allowed reasonable rights of visitation.
- 3. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $150
~

~ each week for the support and maintenance of the minor children.

~ 4. That the Wife be granted exclusive use and possession of
~ ar o automobile.
