Third Motion For Order Of Contempt and the Court having heard testi- ~
mony of the respective parties and argument of counsel and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

- ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED as follo~as: _
1. That the Husband, CI~RLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is found to
be in willful contempt of this Court for failure to comply with the ,
,
terms of the Restraining Order dated January 13, 1978.
2. That the Husband, CI~RLES JOSEPH -BAKER, JR. , is now
adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful ~
failure to comply with and abide by the terms of the Restraining Order
dated on January 13, 1978. _

CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is hereby sentenced to serve ninety (90)

full days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida; provided
