This cause coming on_to be heard on the 26th day of May,
1978 on the Husband's Petition seeking custody of the minor children

and reasonable rights of visitation with the said minor children in
the alternative away f rom the residence of the Wife, and the Court ~

having heard testimony of th~ respective parties and argument of
counsel and being fully advised in the premises. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband's Petition to stay the above entitled
cause for a period of thirty (30) days be and the same is hereby ~

granted and said cause is stayed for a term of thirty (30) full days

~ from the date of this Order.

~ 2. That the care and custody of the minor children. GENE

~ MICHAEL KING and CRISTII~ MARIA KING, be granted to the Wife giving
the Husband reasonable rights of visitation at the residence of the i
Wife . :
3. That a copy of a report from Dr. David Tingle, psychia-

trist who is now treating the HusUand, be~furnished to the Court at
the end of the thirty (30j days stay period.
4. That the Husband's Petition for reasonable visitation
rights with the minor children away from the residence of the Wife ~
