I, JOHN NICHOLAS HERRMANN, a resident of Martin County, }

Florida, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under- '

standing, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
- ~ ~
Testament, hereby revokinq all wills, codicils and testamentary
documents heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all of my funeral expenses and all
i
of my just debts be paid as soon after my death as may be practicable.
SECOND: I direct that my mortal remains be cremated and
my ashes be buried in Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey,
and that my Executrix cause a head stone to be erected in front of
the big stone~monument as shown in the sketch in the deed to Lot 630 .

in said Fairview Cemetery as soon after my death as may be convenient. ~
THIRD: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my-
' estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and ;

~ wheresoever situate or over which I may have the power to dispose

~ at the time of my death, Z give, devise and.bequeath to my wife, i
~ BLANCHE P. HERRMANN, to be hers absolutely and in fee, if she shall ~

survive me. _
FOURTH: In the event my said wife, BLANCHE P. HER1tMANN,
predeceases me or we die simultaneously or as a result of a common ~
catastrophe or disaster, I then give, devise and bequeath my said ~
~ residuary estate as follows:
