A. I direct that my Executor hereinafter named ~ ~
shall divide my personal and family belonqings as he, in his

sole discretion, may determine. I reguest, however, that he
consider my desires as evidenced by a separate list of those ~
items which I will leave for his consideration. '
' B. I direct that all of the remaining portion of
my ~ai3 residtzar}• estate be dit;ided into four (4) equal narts ~ ~
to be distributed as follows: ~
~ (1) The first part to be equally divided
between ELIZABETH PARKMAN KUPF and FREDERICK NICHOLAS HERRMANN.
(2) The second part to.be divided equally
between BARBARA ELIZABE~H GODFRF:Y, PATRICIA ANN WATSON, RICHARD
PAUL KUPP, JR., JOHN ANTHONY HERRMANN, ANDRIANNA HERRMANN LOItD ~

" (3) The third part to be divided equally between
BARBARA ANN-HERRMANN ECKHART, CORITA ANNE HERRMANN KIRBY and
.THOMAS CRAMER HODGES. -
(4) The fourth part to be divided equally
