I, LELIA A. WALSH, a resident of the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. .
FIRST: ~I direct my Personal Representative to
pay out of my estate all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses as soon as practicable
after my death.
SECOND: ~ I hereby qive, devise and bequeath to ,
my son, WILLIAM D. WALSH, of Fort P3erce, Florida, aIl of my
personal effects which he desires to keep and I direct that all _ _
- of said personal effects which he does not desire to'keep be sold
- by my Persdnal Representative, hereinafter named, and the profits
. therefrom shall become a part of my residuary estate trust,
hereinafter provided for. ~
~ THIRD: I hereby direct that any personal

~ automobile which I may own at my death and the home in which I
~ am living at the time of my death shall be sold by my Personal
~ Representative and the proceeds therefrom shall become a part of

my residuary estate trust hereinafter provided for.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my son, _
WILLIAM D. WALSH, any unpaid principal and interest due on the ~
mortgage which I own and hold against the property owned by my
said son, which said mortgage is recorded in Mortgage Book 162,
Page 457, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and I hereby
