(c) The Trustee shall have the right, in the event of '
need or hardship, to pay from time to time such sum or sums from
the principal or~corpus of said trust to my said son, WILLIAM D.
WALSH, as said Trustee may deem necessary to meet said need or
hardship, provided, however, that the Trus.tee shall have the
right to consider the ~.ncome received by my said son from any and
all other sources in arrivinq at its determination as to what sum ~
or sums, if any, should be paid from the principal of said trust
for the use and purpose hereinabove p~ovided for. "
(d) In the event my said son~_WILLIAM D. WALSH,.dies
before attaininq the age of fifty-five (55) years, then the ~

Trustee shall pay all of the net income of said trust to the ~ ~i _

children of my said son. surviving my son, until such time as -

the youngest surviving child o€ my said son shail attain the age i
of thirty years, said income tp be paid equally to the surviving
children, payable quarterly, provided, however, that when the
younqest surviving child of my son attains the age of thirty years,~ ~
then the Trustee,shall pay to the then surviving children all of ~
the principal and accrued income of said trust in equal shares,

i and said trust shall then be terminated. ~

' (e) The Trustee shall receive as compensation for all 4

of its services, fees as set forth in its.published fee schedule_
that is in effect at the time such compensation becomes payable. ~

The Trustee shall have the power to invest and ~

reinvest the trust estate; to collect the income, rents, issues, {
profits and increases therefrom and to sell upon any terms, give '
, options~to purchase, assign, lease, contract to lease, exchange, ~

encumber-, pledge and mortgage, and to alter and change investments ~
thereof from time to time in its discretion; to improve, manage, j
~ pro~ect, subdivide-and partition any real estate forming a part of
