the trust estatef to dedicate for public use and vacate any part

(q) In the event the children.of my said son shall become
beneficiaries of the-trust hereinabove provided for, the Trustee
shall have the power to invade the trust principal for~the support,
maintenance, medical care, education and welfare of said
children, or any of them, said power of invasion to be within the
sole discretion of the Trustee,,provided, however, that the sum ~

or sums which the said children, or any of them, shall receive at ~ _
the time_of the Pinal distribution of the principal of said
trust as hereinabove rovided for shall be diminished b the ~

sum advanced to said children, or any of them; it being the ~
intent and u ose of this rovision that if all the surviving ~

children do not receive equal advances from the Trustee, then the ~
portion which each child shall receive at final distribution shall
be adjusted at that time so that all children will receive equal- }
