1. Petitioner is a legal domicile of the Commonwealth ~

of Pennsylvania. Petitioner has been duly appointed guardian _ ~

of the property of Brian E. Hixson, incompetent due to minority, ~
who is al~o a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. #

3. Petitioner, in its guardianship capacity, and Mary
Lou Hixson, mother of the ward, wish to sell the above described
real,property for the cash sum of $3,000, subject to closing
adjustments, pursuant to an offer received from Joseph Turner
.of 610? Winter Garden Pla~e, Fort Pierce, Florida. Petitioner =
deems~this cash offer reasonable by virtue of the fact that
the just value of said property appearing on the tax roll of
St. Lucie County is in the sum of_$1,850. Petitioner further
