4. Your petitioner, appointed guardian under the laws ~

- of the Cominonwealth of Pennsylvania, files with this petition
_ a certified copy of its letters of guardianship or other evi-

.dence to serve in its quardianship capacity. ~
~.5. Petitioner estimates the value of the ward's property
situate.in the State of Florida to amount to $1,500. To the
best of petitioner's knowledge and belief, there is no indebted-
ness of the ward existing in the State of Florida. i
6. Petitioner has desiqnated a resident agent to repre-
sent it as required by law. ' i

WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an order be entered . _ ~

authorizing it to join with Mary Lou Hixson in the sale of the.
property described herein on the terms stated, contingent upon
. petitioner's furnishing a guardian's bond to the State of Florida '
in an amount deemed necessary by the court and conditioned upon
the proper management and application of the property of the
ward coming into the custody of petitioner as guardian in the
State of Florida. • .
