This.mater came on this day to be heard upon the peti-
tion of The Pennsylvania Bank and Trust Company to.sell the
above ward's undivided one-half interest in and to.the follow-
ing described real property:
Lot 2, Block 50, Unit 5, LAKEWOOD PARK, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, paqe 5, .
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and it appearing to the Court from the allegations contained
~ in thz petition tha~ is in the be~t ir_*erPGts ~f the said
ward that the above described real property be sold pursuant
to the cash offer received from Joseph Turner, and being
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJiJDGED that The Pennsylvania Barik and
Trust Company, a Pennsylvania banking corporation, as guardian

~ of the property of Brian E. Hixson, incompetent due to minority,
~ be and it is hereby authorized to sell and convey the ward's
undivided one-half interest in and to the~above described
real property and to joia in the execution and delivery of
a good and-sufficient deed of conveyance with the ward's
mother, Mary Lou Hixson, in order to effect a conveyance of
said real property to Joseph Turner in exchange for the cash
sum of $3,000. ~ •
