On the petition of SUSIE WILLIAMS for an Order setting aside
the homestead of the above decedent, the Court finding that all
interested persons have been served proper notice and have waived
notice thereof in accordance with the Power of Attorney filed in
this cause; that the.material allegations of the petition are true;
that the decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida at the
time of death; that the decedent was survived by a surviving spouse ~
and by lineal descendants; and that at the time of decedent's death,
he owned certain real property described in the petition upon which
he resided as the head of a family; it is - i

ADJUDGED that the following described property: - ~
"Lot 11, Block 2, Less the North 5 feet, as
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie `
County, Florida" ~

constituted~the homestead of the above decedent within the meaning
of Section 4 of Article X of the Flor.ida Constitution.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that the above-described property descended
to SUSIE WILLIAMS, the life estate with remainder to EUGENE WILLIAMS,
