in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statute.
6. Persons who wish to bid at such sale may submit ~
such bids to the Clerk prior to sale, provided such bid is
accompanied by cashier's check payable to the Clerk of this
Court in the full amount of such bid. The Clerk shall hold

such cashier's check(s) and need not deposit the sa.me, pending : ~
the sale. At the commencement of sale, the Clerk shall announce:
and receive such bids. After sale, the cashier's check(s) of ~
all such unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be promptly returned to

and such non-attendance shall not prevent or delay the pub2ic
