further acirno?rledges receipt of and r~eacling and examination oI said Ikclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure und floor pl~n, and acl~ot,rledges that each and
eveYy.provisiorr of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and ma.~oge-
ment of the Condominiu~ property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners tlierein. Purchaser and all a~rners of parcels ~in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said be~lar-
ation of Condominiuan and Exhibits attac.'~ed thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
con£iYms and approves all of the ternLS and provisions of s~id Dccl~ration oE Condo-
mini~n and Exhibits attached thereto, and agre~s tliat the assessment under the
