ITEM XIII - POW~RS OF FIDUCIARIES - ~

I qive and qrant to my Executors and Trustees appointed ~

hereunder, hereinafter sometimes, called my "fiduciaries," ~

the following powers, duties and discretion, in addition
to those now or hereafter conferred by law, to be exercised
in their absolute discretion in any capacity to which such
powers may be applicable.: - ~
A. To exercise all the rights, powe=s and privileges, ~
not inconsistent with this Will, presently granted to trustees i
under the Florida Uniform Trust Ad~ainistration Law (Chapter ~ ~
691, Florida Statutes), and any future additions thereto ~
even thouqh said law should be hereafter repealed. ~ 3
B. To 3nvest and reinvest any funds of my estate or
any trusts to be created hereunder in any property, real or ~
personal, of any kind or nature, includinq,.without liinitation,
~ common trust funds, stocks, whether comanon, preferred or other- . .
wise, bonds, secured or unsecured ob~.igations, mortgages,~-other
secu=ities, and interests in any of the foregoing, without being ~
limited or restricted to 3nvestments prescribed or authorized
' for executors or trustees by the laws of Florida or any other
state, and to reqister any securities in their own naiaes, or
- in their names as Executors.or Tiustees, or in the names of ~
E nominees, with or without indicating the fiduciary character
~ of such fiduciairiea, it being my intention to give my fiduciaries ?
F the saine power of inveatment and reinvest~aent which I myself ;
~ possess with respect to my awn funds. - }

- .C. To retain, sell, exchange or otherwise dispose of any ;
~ . property at public or grivate sale, for cash or on terms, without =

as borrow money, and to secure the.same by.mortgaging,~pledging

D. To continue and operate any business or interest '
