This cause coming on to be heard after due notice on ~
that portion of the Petition filed herein seeking temporary
relief and the Court having•heard testimony of the respective
parties and argument of counsel and being fully advised in.the ~

pre~nises, it is therefore . ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
l. That the Husband, Hilly A. Davison, shall vacate
the mobile home located at 65 Pleasure Avenue, Ft. Pierce,
Florida and remove his personal effects therefrom by SS -

f enjoined from molesting, harassing, annoying, interfering with
