purpose, provided that all such advances are to be made within
TWENTY (20) YEARS from the date of the mortgage hereinbefore
referred to or within such lesser period of time as may be f
provided hereafter by law as a prerequisite for the sufficienc~,

edness secured by such mortgage~may decrease or increase from
time to time, but the tota2 unpaid ba2ance so secured at any one
time shall not exceed the maximum principal amount of SIXTY
THOUSAND AND NO/100 (s60,000.00) DOLLARS.
The parties to this Agreement hereby consent to said

modification and extension and agree that said morigage shall .
constitute a first lien upon said,property, and agree that said
note and mortgage and all their covenants and conditions shall
remain in full force, except as herein expressly modified.
