13. BY THE EXECUTION OF THIS CONTRACT, BUYER NEREBY
CERTIFIES THAT HE HAS PER60NALLY INSPECTFD THE ABOVE DESCRIBED
LANDS PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION OF THIS AGREBMENT, AND THAT SELLER
HAS NOT PRUMISED OR REPRESENTED ANY IMPROVEMENTS WHICH HAVE NOT
BEEN COMPLETED.- ~
19. It is understood and agreed that this Contract
constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and shall-
inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their respective -
~heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns who shall
be deemed included in the terms "Seller" and "Buyer" whenever ~
herein employed. "Seller" and "Buyer" are used for singular and -
plural, as context requires.
