The mortgagor covenants and agrees to complq with all the terms and
conditions of that certain first~mortgage on the above described
- property executed bq Benctimark Construction Company, Inc., in favor of
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated Sept. 14,
1977 and recorded in OR Book 274 P8ge 1051 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal
_ sum of $ 19,900•~~ and m~rtgagor covenants and agrees that he will not
permit or suffer any default in respect to anq of said covenants and
conditions of said first mortgage, and any default, breach or violation
of anq terms or conditions of said first mortgage shall be a default
under the terms of this mortgage, then and in that event,_ the
principal sum hereunder secured shall be due and paqable immediately .
