AMENDED PETITION FOR REMOVAL OF ADMINISTRATOR
The Petitioner, CARL GARLTON, by and through his under-
signed attorneys, ELI.IS RUBIN LAW OFFICES, P.A., hereby amends
the Petition for Removal of Administrator previously filed in
. this cause on October 6, 1975, as.follows:
1. The o'riginal Petition for Removal of Administrator is -
hereby adopted and realleged by the Petitioner, CARL CARLTON,
~as if set out here in full.
2. The answer to said Petition was duly ~iled by the
Administrator, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA~
on October 7, 1975.
3. A partfal trial on -said Petition for Removal: of Admini- ~
strator- was conducted before the Honorable Dwight L. Geiger, _
. ~
Circuit Judge, on April 28 and 29, 1977.

~ 4. It appears that on or about September 26, 1977, a
~ Stipulation and Agreement was entered into by and between some '
~ of the ori inal etitioners for removal of the administrator

herein and the First National Bank of Fort Pierce, to-wit: ~
