1. The decedent, HAROLT~ 0. WEIMER, a resident of ~
. St, Lucie County, Florida, died on October 27, 1976, and Letters
of Adminis tration were issued to Petitioner on December 4, 1976.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting

I~containing a comple~te report of all receipts and disbursements ;
~since the commnencement of administration of this estate, or since
the date of the last accounting f~led herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
`for the payment o~ a12 expenses of ad~.nistration. :
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
~with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
{!Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed ~
with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's ;
~obligations for both federal and Fiorida estate taxes, if any.
