~ The mortgagor covenants and agrees to comply with all the terms and
i conditions of that certain first mortgage on the above-described
' property executed by Alfred J. Horowitz and Linda H, Horowitz, -
his wife, Marty G. Horowitz, a married man, and Marsha Horowitz,
a single adult, in favor of First Federal Savings & Loan Association
! of Fort Pierce, dated October 11, 1476 and filed of record on
November 2, 1976 in OR Book 359, Page 1459, and mortgagor covenants
and agrees that it will not permit or suffer any default in respect
to any of said covenants and conditions of said first mortgage, and
any default, breach or violation of any terms or conditions of said
first mortgage shall be a default under the terms of this mortgage,
then and in that event, the principal sum hereunder secured shall
be due and payable im~nediately thereafter notwithstanding anything
herein to the contrary.
And the mortgagor hereby further covenants and agrees not to
convey the property mortgaged herein without the consent of the
mortgagee, and the assumption of the new owner of the unpaid balance
of the mortgage, in the event transfer of conveyance is made without
/ the consent and the assumption~in due form, the unpaid balance of
this mortgage may be accelerated without notice by the mortgagee,
~ and the mortgagee may declare the entire debt due and payable.
