Florida for more than six months next before filing this Petition.~ . 3. Petitfoner and Respondent were r.iarried to eacl~ other ~ on March 6, 1971 in Fort Pierce, Florida. 4. There has been one child born of this marriage, to-wi DAVID WADE NUNT. approximately thirteen (13) months of age,who is ~ now in the custody of the Petitioner. The Petitioner is a fit and _ ~ proper person to have the care and custody of said minor c hild an d ' it is in the ~est interest of the ~inor child that care an d_ ~ - - ~ ~ custody be committed to the Petitioner both temporarly an d i ~ ~ permanently. - ~ ~ 5. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably ~ . ~ broken. ~ ~ . 6. The itespondent has been guilty of habitual indulgence in a violent and ungovernable temper.
