8. Petitioner has employed the firm of Nei1l~Griffin. ~
Jeffries & L1oyd~Chartered an d John Edgar Sherrard to represent
her in this action and has agreed to pay the firm and John Edgar
Sherrard a reasonable~attorney's fee for this representation~.
Petitioner is not financially able to pay her co~msel or the costs_
of this action, but Respondent is well able to do so.
9. T'he parties hereto jointly own the furnishings in
Che marital dwelling located at 4166 Lebanon Road~ Fort P3erce.
Florida and the following real~property subject to monthly morr_aag
