The property described in paragraph 9A Coi.mt I is subject to a first mortgage held by Citizens Federal ~avings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce and a second mortgage held by Tim E. E. Webb. 16. The property d~scribed in paragraph 9B of Count I is subject to a mortga~e held by R.E.Slay, Jr. and Betty J. Slay, his wife. 17.
