4. That all the xight, title or interest of the defendant,
the CITY OF FORT PI-ERCE, FLORIDA, and all persons claiming by,
through or under it, by virtue of that certain notice of 1.ien
recorded in Official Record~Book 180 page 776 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby quieted vacated,
set aside and canceled as a cloud upon the title of the plaintiff
in and to the above described lands.. -
5. That all the defendants, and all persons claiming by,
through or under them and all parties having or claiming to have
any right, title or interest in the above-described lands since
the filing of the lis pendens are forever prohibited, enjoined
and restrained of and from asserting any right, title, interest,
claim or demand of any nature or kind whatsoever in, to or
against those lands of the plaintiff or any part of them.
