DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . ~ ~

THIS CAUSE~came on for trial_the lst day of June, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence~
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties-
and subject matter of this suit; that-the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between _
the parties is_irretrievably broken and should be dissolved._ It
is thereupon ~ _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between RANDY
LY!~iC?? and JEAN LYNCH be and the same is heYeby dissolved, an~ the ~
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom. _

chi.ld of the paxties, is hereby awared to the Fli~e~ JEAN LYNCH~
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RANDY LYNCH. ;
. 3, SUPPORT: Commencing on the 7th day of Jime, 1978,
RANDY LYNCH shall pay to the Wife the sum of Thirty ($30.00)
Dollars each and every week for the suppo=t of the child named
above. Each payment shail be ~?ade to the Clerk of this Court anil
by him remitted promptly to JEAN LYNC~i. In addition there is
. hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All paycnents shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ~
