premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the
sum of Z'~10 MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS~, with interest as therein
~entioneci, as modified pursuant to a Mortqage Extension Aqreement
including George A. Costa and-Lucille V. Costa, his wife. dated
vovember. 26, 1973, recorded at Official Records Book 222, Page 821,
as modified again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation
and Extension Agreement, dated June 10, 197`7, recorded at Official
R~ecords_Book 274, Page 2297~ :~ll~of which recordings were in Public .
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
r~'ID WHEREAS, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association,
is now the ownzr and holder of said mortgage~
A~YD t~IHEREAS,~LUCILLE V. COSTA, is now owner of the property described
in said mortgage and has requested the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK
to release the premises hereinafter described, bein~ part of said
nortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
~OW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, TYiat the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK~ as
well in consideration of the premises; the sum of one dollar and
other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid
by the said LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the
r~ceipt,whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
cZaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of s~id
mortgaqe unto the said I,UCILLE V. COSTA, her heirs and assigns, all
